Led by certified conditioning specialist and co-founder, Thomas Burge, our group workout sessions have become a “hot commodity.” (Their words, not ours). Thomas creates each workout program based on his studies of biomechanics and fundamental movement, and oversees sessions to help everyone maintain proper form, stay accountable, and oh…have a good time working out.

The workout sessions range in style and content, and vary between seasons and needs. Thomas may personalize the sessions based on the ability and growth of the individuals in each training group.

Each workout regime has a basis in athletic development. Former athletes will be familiar with some mobility drills, strength training, and metabolic circuits. Everyone will enjoy the competitive and playful group environment to keep spirits and gains high.

We’re not a normal gym. Train together with group workouts and individual attention. Is your shoulder feeling a little sore? That’s no excuse to skip, because we’ll adjust the workout for you.

Great for those “has-been” athletes (like us) who just can’t stop, and also for those who are new to strength training and want to start safely. We’re all welcome at EPI!
